1. What is your Favourite off season food & drink?
my off season is normally the xmas & new year break so xmas cake or fruit loaf is a favourite with a cappachino cuppa. not so keen on alcohol.
2. What is your favourite film?
top gun.
3. Who inspires you in life and why?
a guy that often trains with me called jonti wilson is very 'inspirational' he's only got one leg, very determined & trains very hard. he's got couple of show guest appearences coming up shortly.
4. What is your occupation?
fitter/cnc machinist for corus since 1985.
5. What has been your greatest achievement so far?
on a bodybuilding point, making improvments & competing in better condition each time. every show that ive won is an achievement in itself.
6. Do you have any other hobbies or passions?
i take an interest in most sports but bodybuilding is my passion 24/7.
7. Do you think it’s important to look good off season?
i think its important to look like a bodybuilder offseason & not a fat bloater. i do some personal training & like to practice what i preach
8. What is your favourite Muscle Fury product and flavour?
i use & recommend designer whey banoffee (in my porridge) & hi-whey choc (as a shake)
