About Eileen
I have been training since 1990. When I started I was very underweight as I suffered from an eating disorder like a lot of young women do today.
Discovering the gym was the best thing that could have happened for me, I learned to eat and train well along with the basics of nutrition. And found food was not the enemy and that a proper diet with proteins and supplements was the way forward
After my 10 years away from competition I was happy with my placings. I hope to do much better this year after training hard and making improvements. A big thanks to MuscleFury for their support.
