About Wayne
I am 31 years old competitive bodybuilder from Southampton, iI was originally born in Fareham in 1978. I have owned my own gym for a year & a half called area 51. I started bodybuilding when I was 16, I wanted to get fit and feel good about myself. I qualified as a personal trainer and then started working in a friend’s gym with the aim of owning my own one. A year and a half ago I bought my own gym in Southampton which I called Area 51. I aim to be the most complete bodybuilder on stage at a super heavy weight level.

I have won the NABBA south juniors 4 years
Came 4th in Britain final
I won the stars of tomorrow intermediate u90kg class
I came 4th at the UKBFF British Final
I also won the NAC overall open British 2007.
