All orders are dispatched via courier on a service that requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery.  In the situation where the courier is unable to deliver your parcel a 'calling' card will be left saying that they attempted a delivery and where your parcel is and how you can contact them.

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched and left our warehouse an automated email will be sent to you containing your parcel tracking number and directions onto how to track it.

“Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) only £5.50 P&P per transaction for our Standard UK service. For shipping rates outside these destinations, please email us for a quote”

Standard Delivery - Your goods will usually be delivered between 2 - 7 working days after you place your order.  There is no Cut Off Time for this delivery option.

Next Day Delivery - if this option is selected, providing your order is placed before 2.00pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day.
